Delco Lofts at Water Street in Dayton, OH

Our Delco Lofts project, currently under construction in downtown Dayton, features a sixth floor corner office, once home to Charles Kettering. Its' restoration, in addition to adding 133 loft apartments, parking, and brewery space are all part of this currently underway project in the heart of Downtown Dayton; adjacent to Fifth Third Field in the Water Street District.

An empty warehouse building in Dayton, Ohio is being transformed into urban loft apartments, with a special perk for baseball fans. See it's current and future state in our virtual tour created for Crawford Hoying. The Water Street District is truly transforming downtown living.

Progress on the #NorthMarket project: @bridgeparkdublin in @dublinohio will be getting the second location of Columbus’ historic @northmarket - The market has been in operation since 1876!

The Exchange Project Highlights: • Green Roof • 19,000 Square Feet • Full Service Kitchen • Premium Technology & Audio / Visual System #theexchange by @cmrcolumbus is a new event center adjacent to the @achotelcolumbusdublin in the @bridgeparkdublin development. The one-story, #steel framed facility can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. The building has a striking, #modern style both inside and out, with a pitched #greenroof that creates a soaring main event space. The green roof also buffers noise and helps with energy efficiency and storm water management. The Exchange is a contemporary, open event space with hardwood floors, raw stone details and stunning views of @historicdublin @dublinohio & the #sciotoriver

Congrats to @vasodublin at the @achotelcolumbusdublin in @dublinohio for being named “Restaurant Bar of the Year”. This rooftop bar / restaurant project turned out great —- check it out soon! VASO’s elevated food and libation game is receiving national accolades. The Dublin Rooftop bar was honored in the “Venue” category by the 2020 Nightclub & Bar Awards, a program that recognizes individuals and venues that are changing and shaping the hospitality world. Specifically, VASO championed the “Restaurant Bar of the Year” award. The awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday, March 31 in Las Vegas.

Breaking ground soon! Excited to get underway with another @achotels in @downtowndayton - overlooking @dragonsbaseball ballpark The new hotel will be six stories and will be almost 90,000 square feet, offering a lounge, media library, fitness center and meeting spaces. It will have a rooftop bar and full-service restaurant that overlooks the baseball diamond. The rooftop bar and restaurant will be 6,100 square feet, with indoor and outdoor patios, as well as 1,700 square feet of private event space and an outdoor terrace, which is expected to be used for weddings and corporate events. @cityofdayton @marriotthotels

Check out a few incredible shots of our recently completed office building project at 6515 Longshore at @bridgeparkdublin in @dublinohio - This 4-story office/retail building is prominently located at the 161 and Riverside Drive roundabout at the southernmost corner of the development, offering excellent signage opportunities seen by 50,000 vehicles per day.
